Sazag Infotech (“Sazag Infotech”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. We collect the minimum data needed to respond to you and run our business, we never sell it, and we keep it secure. This policy applies to sazag.org and the services we provide through it.
1. Who we are

2. What we collect
We only collect what you choose to give us and a little technical data needed to keep the site safe:
Information you provide
- Contact / project form: your name, work email, company (optional), the area you're interested in, and your message.
- Careers / application form: your name, email, the role, your location (optional), any links you share (portfolio, LinkedIn, résumé URL), and your message.
- Email correspondence: anything you send us directly.
Information collected automatically
- Limited technical data: your IP address is used transiently to rate-limit form submissions and prevent abuse. We do not use third-party advertising or profiling trackers.
- Essential storage: a small preference stored in your browser to remember your cookie choice (see our Cookie Policy).

4. How we store and protect it
Submissions are stored in a managed PostgreSQL database and processed by our hosting provider. We apply encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), role-based access, rate limiting, and other safeguards described in our engineering practices. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable, industry-standard measures to protect your data.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, under contract and only as needed:
- Hosting & database — our cloud platform hosts the site and stores submissions.
- Email delivery — form notifications are delivered to us by email through our mail provider.
- Authorities — where required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
Some providers may process data outside your country. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for the transfer.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and application data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, to maintain business records, or to meet legal obligations — after which it is deleted or anonymized. You can ask us to delete your data sooner (see below).
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- ask us to delete your data (“right to be forgotten”);
- restrict or object to certain processing;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior processing;
- lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority.

8. Children
Our site and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or the law change. We'll revise the “last updated” date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to let you know.
